For students who hold X1 visa, please come to the Classroom NO.12 of the International Students’ Dept. at 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 10th(Thursday) to attend the meeting about visa application so as to prepare for your visa application.
Important reminders:
1. Please submit the photocopy of your valid passport, visa, and the page that has your recent entry record. (Copy them separately by using paper A4).
2. Please submit the photocopy of your “Receipt of Digital Photo for Chongqing Entry-Exit”.
3.Please submit your visa photograph (the visa photograph should be identical with “Receipt of Digital Photo for Chongqing Entry-Exit”)
4. Please submit “Receipt of the Accommodation Registration for Foreigners” from the local police station (original).
5. If you do not attend the meeting and prepare for the visa application, you have to apply for your visa by yourself.
6. Please make sure of the validity of your visa. If you stay exceeding the time limit, you shall bear the corresponding legal consequences.
